3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or requesting services
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Caisa AI Technology and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Caisa AI Technology.

5. Service Level Agreements

Specific service level agreements (SLAs) may apply to certain services and will be outlined in separate service contracts. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail for that particular service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Caisa AI Technology, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Caisa AI Technology and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
